13 Telecom Companies Default By 40 Billion Rupees

ISLAMABAD: A list of 13 telecom and mobile companies defaulting by Rs40 billion has been presented to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). The PAC while expressing concern over the accumulation of huge defaulting amount asked the government to take urgent steps for recovery of the said amount from the defaulting companies.

Moonis Elahi Arrested In Corruption Scandal

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday rejected the bail plea of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Moonis Elahi, one of the accused in the National Insurance Corporation Limited (NICL) scam, after which the Federal Investigation Agency arrested him from the premises.
